The Trump administration in new goverment contracts is no longer strictly prohibiting Segregated facillites ("Segregated facilities, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin because of written or oral policies or employee custom."[4]) in newer federal contracts [1,2] although this doesn't get rid of the civil rights act of 1964 which outlaws discrimination based on "race, color, religion, sex, and national origin"[3] so technically it is still illegal to have segrated facilities,but it is still weird for him to not include it and could be the first steps in bringing segregation back.
