A west Virginia bill has passed that allows the non-consentual search of minors genitallia. (This is real) Although,the law was blocked by the senate for being an invasion of privacy. so since then they have changed the bill to be just the inspection be of their Birth Certificate instead, For some reason this isn't enough of a breach of privacy. Andrew Shnider calls the bill "a death sentance"[1] to trans people.
